WE HEAL TOGETHER. WE GROW TOGETHER. IN COMMUNITY. THROUGH RITES OF PASSAGE.

what are rites of passage?

Rites of passage are ceremonies celebrating the initiation into an important stage in a person's life. Through rites of passage we consciously move into and out of groups or into or out of important statuses for us and the community we're surrounded by.   Passing into womanhood marked through the menarche (the first occurrence of menstruation), stepping into manhood, marriage, birth, menopause, death are rites of passage that I would be honoured to consciously co-create and celebrate with you.

HOW TO celebrate passages

DIVORCE is a painful experience. Still, on the path of healing, divorce can also be a beautiful opportunity to discover who you truly are, connect with your desires, be loyal to your values and create a life on your terms.

GRIEF & LOSS are part of the natural passage of time and moments of great initiation. We all experience loss, the end of a relationship, miscarriage, the passing of a dear one, grieving parts of our childhood that didn’t develop the way we wished they did, grieving the parents we didn’t have, the experiences we feel we missed out on.

WOMB HEALING is a powerful ritual of bringing lightness and releasing what sedimented on a physical, emotional and spiritual level inside the womb and the pelvic area. As women we carry the ancestral and generational collective trauma and happenings we and our ancestors went through. Healing the womb opens a portal for connecting with your divine nature and bringing to life that what your soul is called to create.

MENOPAUSE celebrates the coronation of the divine wisdom a woman embodies. The cycles of life completes through the menopause when a woman starts accessing her deeper powers, being deeply connected with the elements of nature, with the land.

healing the sisterhood wound

So many women have been wounded by interacting with other women. Time has come for us to heal and integrate those lessons so as to become safe spaces for one another. We celebrate grief as a conscious way to let go of who we now are and melt into the identity we want to embody. We get intimate with goddess archetypes (Kali, Lakshmi, Saraswati, etc.) to draw in the energy that we want to embody.

miscarriage

Miscarriage is a tender and soft moment of initiation. A woman needs to be cherished and take care of in hese moments. A miscarriage can be fuelled with many emotions, shame, guilt, confusion, trying to make sense of what happened. This is a time to allow the emotions to wash away and feel all your feels in a afe and sacred container.
